📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including event setup, guest management, and event execution.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good condition.,Collaborate with the banquet manager and other staff members to ensure a seamless event experience.,Assist in the post-event cleanup and follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and customer service.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the banquet manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or event industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local customs and cultural norms in Bali.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
