Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction,Monitor sales targets and achieve or exceed them,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Represent the company at events and meetings as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Understanding of financial management and reporting,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
