📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Create and manage employee development plans to support career growth.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a related role.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, or Greenhouse.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
