📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
