As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations and ensuring smooth transactions in our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the cashiering operations including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and professionalism.,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.,Supervising and training junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.,Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cashiering or related roles.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Basic understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
