ECHO Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in Blora. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, as well as maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Oversee the technical operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery.,Train and mentor junior technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.,Monitor and report on the performance of all equipment and machinery, identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that all technical requirements are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend any necessary improvements or upgrades to the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair.,Strong knowledge of all relevant safety protocols and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CAD or CAM, is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
