PT Otoman Putih is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
