📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure that the right candidates are identified.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing updates to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve our recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
