📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and concerns.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support business objectives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote the company and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Kudus.
