📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design and development of the beach club, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that the design is implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the design is functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the design industry.
  • Ensure that the design is in line with the company's vision and values.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site design and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for construction and design.
