📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the regional business unit.,Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business expansion.,Lead and mentor a team of business professionals to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior business role, preferably in a regional or national capacity.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing business operations.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of ERP systems and business software is a plus.
