📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets all health and safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve restaurant performance.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Monitor and maintain the restaurant's financial performance and budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving restaurant operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
