📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.,Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Training and mentoring staff on quality control best practices.,Collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
