📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Manage site security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to coconut product storage and handling.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse administration or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
