📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and able to work in Bali.
