📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on our company's career portal.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining applicant records and tracking recruitment metrics.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
