MOMENTUM Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Commis Chef to join our team in Jimbaran. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and commis staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to optimize productivity and reduce waste.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute menu plans and special events.,Monitor food costs and contribute to cost-effective menu planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant certifications.
