Resto Wati Auto Service is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and leading our QA team. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have experience in leading a team, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure the quality of software products.,Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and resolve issues.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.,Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes.,Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
