As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about financial management and has a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the clinic's management team.
  • Collaborate with the clinic's accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
