Sentosa Sumber Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
