📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Set and achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and sales best practices.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
