📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor HR staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
