📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and drive business growth.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels, and work with the supply chain team to ensure that products are stocked appropriately.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure that stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Ensure that all stores comply with company policies and procedures, and that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that stores are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
