📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and improve menu items.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including dishwashers and cooks.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit.
