📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the distribution of cash assistance to vulnerable communities, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Design and implement cash transfer programs in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, collecting and analyzing data to measure impact and inform decision-making.
• Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess program implementation, address challenges, and build strong relationships with community members.
• Coordinate with local government agencies and other stakeholders to maximize the reach and effectiveness of cash assistance programs.
• Provide training and capacity building to local staff and community members on cash transfer management and financial literacy.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all program activities, maintaining accurate records and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash transfer programs, humanitarian aid, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial resources in humanitarian programs.
• Strong understanding of cash-based assistance mechanisms and their impact on vulnerable communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SPSS or STATA.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) of Bangka Belitung.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
