As an Early Childhood Educator at Tadika A-Z, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants and preschoolers. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and Tadika A-Z, fostering a strong partnership that supports the holistic growth of each child.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and preschoolers.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of each child.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and Tadika A-Z.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest early childhood education trends, methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to Tadika A-Z's health and safety policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters a sense of community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in an infant and preschool setting.
• Valid early childhood education certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other educators.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
