As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Pain Specialist and Wellness Center, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, designing and implementing treatment plans, and providing hands-on care to patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine the nature and extent of physical impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and prevention of re-injury.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in a secure electronic health record system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Active and valid Licensed Physical Therapist certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as EMR or EHR, used in the healthcare industry.
