As a Merchant Success Executive, you will be at the forefront of our EDC acquisition strategy, working closely with local merchants to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will leverage your excellent communication skills and deep understanding of the MSME landscape in Bengkulu to build strong relationships and drive sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential merchants for EDC adoption.
• Visit and meet with local merchants to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Provide tailored EDC solutions and demonstrate the benefits of our products.
• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup for new merchants.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide support to address any issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive EDC adoption and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our EDC acquisition strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the MSME landscape and financial technology solutions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with EDC solutions and payment processing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
