Mandarin Language Specialist (Translator & Interpreter)

PT Pegaunihan Technology Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Mandarin Language Specialist to join our team in Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the communication gap between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers in a dynamic corporate environment. As a Mandarin Language Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate communication between our Mandarin-speaking clients and Indonesian-speaking team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and Indonesian. You will also be expected to provide language training and support to team members who need to improve their Mandarin language skills. This position requires a strong command of both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Provide language training and support to team members who need to improve their Mandarin language skills.
• Assist in the development and implementation of language policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely communication between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers.
• Attend and participate in meetings and conferences where Mandarin and Indonesian communication is required.
• Maintain and update language resources and tools to support communication between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving language skills and communication processes.
• Stay up-to-date with language trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or language training.
• Experience working in a corporate or business environment.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or Across.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
