📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with IT-related problems, including email, internet, and system access.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Document and track IT issues and resolutions using tools like ServiceNow or similar.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to prevent potential issues.
- Train and support end-users on IT systems and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
