📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and monitor steam boilers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
• Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, and water levels, and adjust as necessary.
• Troubleshoot boiler issues and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance boiler performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boilerman in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in boiler operation and maintenance (e.g., Boiler Operator License, Boiler Technician Certificate).
• Familiarity with steam boiler systems and components.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient in using relevant tools and equipment for boiler maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
